🎉I love champagne, and today read that a 2013 University of Reading study that resurfaced says drinking champagne may help delay onset of degenerative brain disorders like dementia. "The compounds found in two red grapes used to make champagne...can have a positive effect on spatial memory and learning." http://m.wsoctv.com/news/news/national/drinking-champagne-may-boost-memory-prevent-dement/npJhs/

My go-to. Preferably Malbec or Pinot Noir. Antioxidants + something called resveratrol = happy ❤️ http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/heart-disease/in-depth/red-wine/art-20048281
