Places I've lived, ranked

This has been in my drafts forever but it was just so hard. Keep in mind this is my experience in that place and not necessarily a ranking of the place. I'm not putting Taiwan here because I still live there and in my mind it doesn't belong on this list since I haven't experienced everything. This was really hard I love everywhere I've lived.
  1. 1.
    Wellington, New Zealand
I have the fondest memories of New Zealand possibly because I was young. But I know it was absolutely beautiful and everyone was beautiful, and kind and welcoming. I went to a pretty awesome school where they trusted preschoolers (me, until kindergarten) with hammers and nails and wood, hot glue guns, and more. (With a watchful eye at all times) and no one ever got hurt. I made a best friend who was my older sisters best friends little brother and we would watch Spider-Man then play princess.
  2. 2.
Paris, and then somewhere else, France
I have NO memories of living in France, but I've been back enough to know that I love it deeply (despite the French and their love of strikes) and if "home" really was a place to me, this would be it. So I guess that would make it number one but I feel like I'm not allowed to do that since I was 2 when I moved away.
  3. 3.
    Washington D.C.
I didn't technically live in DC but I lived right outside in fairfax county Virginia (which obviously is not as recognizable) I went to a really good school and made some pretty good friends but honestly the only reason it's above Arizona is because there was just so much to do. It was unending. So many museums so many historic places, national parks and food from everywhere. I loved learning about the revolutionary war and the beginning of America then visiting the historical sites.
  4. 4.
    Phoenix, Arizona
Again not technically Phoenix but close enough.I feel so bad for putting it last because I do really love it. The community I had there was (and still is) incredible, I went to the greatest school I had ever gone to and probably ever will go to, a Montessori with teachers that made everyday a privilege. And met my best friend who is a beam of energy and light Im very thankful to have her in my life. But I like seasons and greenery, and it's quite a young state with little history so it's below DC
