Food is truly an emotional experience. Restaurants are no different
  1. Chick-fil-A
I know, but I grew up in GA with a CFA on every corner and then was whisked away to the wilderness of MO where there were NO CFAs. Proving the old adage that absence makes the heart grow fonder. Now I live in south once again and could eat CFA #1 everyday
  2. Tsunami - downtown Greenville
It's my favorite sushi place, mostly because it is mine and Jessiejane's sushi place and now she's moved away to CA. So we're in a long distance best friendship and Tsunami reminds me of her
  3. Jimmy Johns
No emotions here I just freakin love the Big John roast beef sandwich
  4. Noodles & Company
The opposite of CFA because I had it in MO and now I have to drive to Charlotte to get it. Pad Thai with the Barals will always be near and dear to my heart
  5. Morettis - Mauldin, SC
A couple from Buffalo, NY came down south and started a wings and pizza joint. I'm in love and so is my roommate since she refuses to eat wings made by anyone other than a fellow Buffalonian
  6. Tandem Creperie - Travelers Rest, SC
The cutest brunch place with yellow walls, natural wood, and the best metal light fixtures. The atmosphere is cheerful and airy and so are the crepes. Honey Lavender iced coffee is also a must
  7. Rick's Fresh Market and Deli - Greenville, SC
One of my most common stops during a work lunch. And they have my favorite fries
