- •Applebee's - Anything on the Under-600 Calories menu.
- •Longhorn - Anything on the Light & Flavorful menu, Redrock grilled shrimp, salmon, 7-pepper sirloin salad (w/lite vinaigrette), and veggies or baked potato (minus the "loaded") as a side.
- •O'Charley's - Southwest chicken wedge salad, chicken Caesar salad, salmon, broth-based soup.
