I'm obsessed with food. I also have food-related autoimmune issues that have resulted in some crazy surgeries. The culprits: grains, legumes, and dairy. That means I basically eat Paleo...against my will. If I had my way, my diet would consist of spicy noodles, cheese, cured meats, and the tastiest of breads. This is what I eat daily.
