I ain't no @gabimoskowitz in the kitchen and I definitely don't have a smokin' hot Hollywood bod like @Ders808 but I do work out and I do like to cook.
  1. Prepare the veggies

  2. I like them a little thicker so they remain a bit of a crunch
    99106abc bd29 4fa2 ab9d d1030cee6bd6
  3. Start to caramelize the onions
    E1397d44 c3b0 44d9 80bb afcfbd5367b8
Low heat, good amount of olive oil ("good amount" is a cooking term that means "I've never bothered to measure anything.")
  4. Once the onions begin to caramelize, add your other veggies.
    Aa7f33e0 3bd8 41c2 be9d 975b067b523e
I start with the broccoli since it requires more cooking than the peppers.
  5. Turkey is the other other white meat
    E9a06e3d dc8a 4d74 b376 3ed7dec8653f
Ground turkey is so tasty with just a little salt and pepper. Yum. Yum. Yum! Apparently it's healthy, too!
  6. When the turkey is almost cooked through, mix it all up
    680f90d6 c771 4fa1 a611 e2fef0eacad3
Salt it. Pepper it. Or don't because fresh veggies are so tasty!
  7. Finally: plate it
    348a0a8d adfd 410e 9ede ff4de665b6e4
I opted for a bowl because my plating skills are pretty abysmal.
  8. Start to finish time: 12 minutes.
    Healthy. Nutritious. Fast. Delicious.
