1. Growth
    Learning more each day and capitalizing on opportunities in which you can gain successes.
  2. Endeavor
    As long as you're continuously striving to reach your short term or long term goals you can find successes along the way that will bring you immediate happiness.
  3. Consistency
    It's important to create consistency in the habits that bring you joy. These habits can change as you feel necessary but nonetheless consistent habits eliminate boredom and uncertainty which I find to be very unhealthy for myself.
  4. Truth
    The word truth has a broad meaning but what I'm referring to here is honesty with yourself. If you're living in truth you're following your bliss rather than living a fictitious life that could bring you external or temporary happiness but is incomparable to the freedom you get from living in your own truth.
