Thank you for the LR @Jvg0122! I'm not going to summarize them or give any of their jokes away, but I welcome any questions about any of the comedians or specials.

Do you know what didn't suck about 2016? Stand up comedy! Luckily, I have already done hundreds of hours of research for this!
These are all very good, depending on your taste. I've seen all of these, so there's a little nugget about how lame I am. I listed them in chronological order by release date, starting with January.

There's still a few weeks left, so I will update if I watch anything good that I missed.
Specials already slated for 2017: Ahmed Ahmed, Rory Albanese, Maria Bamford, Owen Benjamin, Kurt Braunohler, Neal Brennan, Bill Burr, Jerrod Carmichael, Dave Chappelle, Joe DeRosa, Jim Gaffigan, Todd Glass, Tiffany Haddish, Al Madrigal, TJ Miller, Jim Norton, and Ari Shaffir.

    Thanks for reading!
Don't be afraid to check some of these out. There are worse things you can do with an hour of your time than taking a break and having some laughs. Happy viewing!

Just added- Bo Burnham: Make Happy
Netflix. Not your typical "dude with a mic" stand up. I watched it tonight because @cvlop61 reminded me of it. His best yet. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ(That's two thumbs up for those old enough to remember Siskel and Ebert). 😎
  38. β€’
    Bert Kreisher: The Machine
    Showtime. Fuckin hilarious.
  39. β€’
    Kathleen Madigan: Bothering Jesus
    Netflix
  40. β€’
    Reggie Watts: Spatial
Netflix. Not a typical "stand-up" special. For anyone that's not familiar with Mr Watts' work, he's super weird. Highly recommend some sort of brain altering substance with this one.
  41. β€’
    Nick Thune: Good Guy
Seeso. This just came out today. Really funny stuff!
  42. β€’
    Aries Spears: Comedy Blueprint
Seeso. Super funny, but definitely not for anyone who is easily offended.
  43. β€’
    Joey "Coco" Diaz: Socially Unacceptable
Seeso. Also very funny, and definitely also not for the easily offended. After watching this and Aries Spears back-to-back, I need to spend the rest of the day looking at puppy videos as a pallet cleanser.
  44. β€’
    W. Kamau Bell: Semi-Prominent Negro
Showtime. This came out pretty early last year, but somehow I didn't notice, and just watched it last night. Good stuff from a good dude!
  45. β€’
    Tom Papa: Human Mule
Epix. I honestly couldn't rank these, but if I did, this would be in the top five for sure. I usually don't like to tag people, but @BWN_7 I think you would enjoy this one if you ever have the time to watch it.
  46. β€’
    Michael Ian Black: Noted Expert
Epix. If you like him, you'll like it.
  47. β€’
Wanda Sykes: What Happened Ms. Sykes
Epix. Another really good one that I missed. I'm glad I got caught up on Epix specials.
