  1. Sticking to my guns
    Mostly this is me saying, "no I will not go out" and then not going out, even though peer pressure. BTW, peer pressure still?
  2. Yoga/Stretching
    Touching my toes while standing is rewarding
  3. Recovery
    Post-race easing back into running. Also slowly easing back into climbing instead of jumping back to v6s.
  4. Saving money
    Because it's the only way I'll own my own place in LA
  5. Recognizing not feeling well
    If my body says it is sick and I say okay you will rest and/or go to the doctor
  6. Drinking less
    But I drink more expensive stuff when I do
  7. Being creative
    So much DIY and arts and crafts
