Meals seem to be an exercise in frustration a lot of times. This one works. I feel good serving it and Keaton eats it - most of the time.
  1. 1 & 1/2 cup almond milk
    Warmed on medium heat
  2. 1 banana
    Cut up into the warming milk
  3. A good dose of cinnamon & a pinch of salt
    Also into milk
  4. 1/2 cup oat bran
    You can use whatever cut of oat. Bran cooks up fast and smooth. Add to the almost boiling milk, stir and turn off the heat. Stir a bit more
  5. 1 spoon of peanut butter per bowl
    Leave it in the spoon and put it in the bowl. Pour the oatmeal over the peanut butter. This is key.
  6. 1/2 & 1/2 + maple syrup
