I vowed that I will end 2016 in the same shape with which I started med school in 2010
- •3 real meals a day?! With an oven...Even my breakfast needs heat
- •3L of water a day?!I generally avoid hydration at work because I dont have time to pee... sigh
- •Can I do burpees?Like the real ones

- •90 days.. I can do 90 days!
