The thoughts running through my mind before my Leanin15 plan

I vowed that I will end 2016 in the same shape with which I started med school in 2010
  1. 3 real meals a day?! With an oven...
    Even my breakfast needs heat
  2. 3L of water a day?!
    I generally avoid hydration at work because I dont have time to pee... sigh
  3. Can I do burpees?
    Like the real ones
  4. This shopping list though
  5. If I had a dollar for every time I had to google a veggie
    Cilantro is coriander.. chives?
  6. Coconut oil galore!
  7. 90 days.. I can do 90 days!
