pros and cons of working out at 7am every day

  1. PRO: taking control of your body and health
  2. CON: realizing one donut for breakfast cancels out everything you did that morning
    and I always want 2 donuts
  3. PRO: bragging that you went to the gym at 7am
  4. CON: falling asleep at 10pm because you woke up at 7am
  5. PRO: endorphins all morning!
  6. CON: strong desire to nap at 2pm
  7. PRO: the gym isn't crowded
  8. CON: nobody can see how virtuous you are
