- •BananasI love them, I eat them in masses, smoothies, with oats, on bread with peanut butter, just as they are and a list goes on...
- •Peanut butter100% organic is beast! A bit addicted with it, it goes well with bananas, oats, or just spoon and a mouth. Warning, once you dig in it's hard to stop.
- •OatsEvery day breakfast and sometimes midday snack. Oats and fruit are best friends.
- •Dark chocolateNo description needed, you get me. 85% is my sweet spot.
- •Sweet potatoRoasted is best! Sweet and yummy, can't never get enough of it.
- •AvocadoGotta be ripe. Avocado pasta is awesome.
- •Beth rootBeth root salad with chick pea, absolute winner, almost better than desert.
