There were lots of great looking sets I didn't get, but here's the best of where my money and shelf space went in 2015.
  1. 10.
    76036-1 Carnage's Shield Sky Attack
DC/Marvel sets are too minifig-centric, so it's great to get unique, popular figures in cheap sets.
  2. 9.
    76031-1 The Hulk Buster Smash
Been waiting for a Hulkbuster, and it didn't disappoint in the movie or the LEGO set.
  3. 8.
    70818-1 Double-Decker Couch
Like the Carnage set, this is a great minifig value for the wonderful LEGO Movie characters.
  4. 7.
    75902-1 The Mystery Machine
Don't know who was clamoring for Scooby-Doo LEGO, but the whole theme turned out great, especially the Mystery Machine.
  5. 6.
    76039-1 Ant-Man Final Battle
The otherwise trivial accessories are a clever way to deal with the scale.
  6. 5.
    75899-1 LaFerrari
The whole Speed Champions line was great, this was my favorite car.
  7. 4.
    75111-1 Darth Vader
The buildable action figures line has hits and misses, but Darth Vader is just about flawless for display or play.
  8. 3.
    76040-1 Brainiac Attack
Continuing my praise for good minifigs in small sets, this is the sweet spot of price/models/figures.
  9. 2.
    21303-1 WALL•E
An amazing recreation of the character. Slight issues with the neck building technique kept it out of number 1.
  10. 1.
    76042-1 SHIELD Helicarrier
I don't think I'll ever disassemble this. Good chance it will remain my largest LEGO set for years.
