GROSS THINGS THAT YOU SHOULD EAT

  1. Apple cider vinegar. Drink it in a shot glass.
  2. Fermented cod liver oil. You can do it, you fearless Norwegian Viking.
  3. Natto, or Japanese fermented soybeans. So stringy that you can pretend you're eating mac & cheese.
  4. Spinach.
