  1. 2/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce™
    ****key ingredient folks. Now that I'm out in California, some grocery stores have Frank's marked up, price wise. Trust me it's worth the splurge.
  2. 1/2 cup Butter
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  4. A few dashes of garlic powder
  5. A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  6. A few dashes of cayenne pepper
    For those who want that extra kick.
  7. Throw all of that buffalo goodness in a pan on the stove and put on medium heat. Bring to a simmer, occasionally stirring. Once it starts to bubble on sides, remove from heat. Give it a quick lil stir.
  8. Boom. You're done. Use in any Buffalo Chicken recipe as you please. Wings, pizza, nachos; the world is your Buffalo oyster.
  9. Always always always serve with Bleu Cheese, never Ranch.
    Trust me on this one.
  10. Pro-tip: if you're ever in Buffalo go to Duff's for wings, not Anchor Bar.
    Trust me on this one too. Anchor Bar is the creator of the chicken wing and yes, for nostalgia sake it's v cool, but Duff's reigns supreme. It's where Obama went when he was in the Queen City. Enough said.
