My Morning Routine

The things I do every morning, 7 days a week to try and ensure my day gets off to a good start...
  1. Wake up @ 5am
  2. Brush teeth
  3. Drink protein shake with greens (as per Tim Ferriss's 4 Hour Body)
  4. Journal
  5. Sun salutations
  6. Meditate
  7. Shower
  8. Make bed
  9. Get dressed
  10. Pack my bag for the day (work clothes/pre-made breakfast & lunch/book)
  11. Leave the house @ 6:20
