    No less then 15, because your mind needs to process the material.

    For building Speed, Consistent Strokes and Stamina.
  5. Cary along your practice pad and stick EVERYWHERE you go.
  6. Listen to all genres of music.
    It's all quite the same for us drummers.
  7. Leave frustration at the door.
    Using music for a "Stress Reliever" won't help.
  8. Use every moment in your day to practice.
