  3. Sunday Roast
    Pork Roast. Top Sirloin Tri Tip usually served with cauliflower or turnip purée
  4. Pork and Veal Meatballs
    Simmered in a spicy marinara
  5. Chili
    Alternating between Colorado and Verde. Always with pork butt
  6. Taco Salad
