MY WISHES FOR 2016!

By the way when january is done, i'm confident that every one of theese wishes are broken....

    Get into shape'
    I've been slacking of at the training last year. But at the end of november one of the guys at work got a heart attach. It was a terrifying experience and i started working out because of this. I hope this will continue.

    Reading more than i do now
    I've been more interested in the shows on Netflix then the exiting world of books. I want this to change and i promise that i will set of one hour each day to read.

    Eating healthier
    I promise to eat healthier. I need to eat even more vegstables than i do today.
