MY WISHES FOR 2016!
By the way when january is done, i'm confident that every one of theese wishes are broken....
- 1.Get into shape'I've been slacking of at the training last year. But at the end of november one of the guys at work got a heart attach. It was a terrifying experience and i started working out because of this. I hope this will continue.
- 2.Reading more than i do nowI've been more interested in the shows on Netflix then the exiting world of books. I want this to change and i promise that i will set of one hour each day to read.
- 3.Eating healthierI promise to eat healthier. I need to eat even more vegstables than i do today.
