My 2017 Fitness GOALS

I don't make resolutions. They're too vague and often unrealistic. Instead I make goals...and crush them
  1. Do 50 push-ups
    All at once obviously
  2. Do 10 pull-ups
  3. Do the splits
  4. Do a 6:00 plank
  5. Run a Sub 2:00 half marathon
  6. Qualify for the Boston Marathon
  7. Run to Rivendell
    Have a yearly mileage accumulation of 458. The distance between Hobbiton and Rivendell
