Going to Cuba used to be difficult, but now it’s not. In January, President Obama announced a "new course" with Cuba that included an easing of many restrictions banning Americans from traveling to the island.     Public performances, clinics, workshops, athletic and other competitions, and exhibitions

    Support for the Cuban people
  9. 9.
    Humanitarian projects

    Activities of private foundations or research or educational institutes

    Exportation, importation, or transmission of information or information materials
  12. 12.
    Certain export transactions that may be considered for authorization under existing regulations and guidelines
