1. Drink water! Have it be the first thing you put in your body in the morning. Think of it as an internal bath. It helps get the system going by gently waking the digestive system and flushing out toxins.
  2. Meditate, even if just for 10 minutes. This will increase your focus for the day. It has been shown to increase activity of the prefrontal cortex. As well as reduce stress and cortisol levels. If you don't know what to do, fond a short guided meditation on YouTube.
  3. Stretch! It doesn't have to be a full yoga class but you should learn what areas of your body are tight and do stretches specific for those problem areas every day.
  4. Exercise. We are all at different levels here but at least take a 30 minute walk. This will promote blood flow and get your lymphatic track moving, increasing your immune system.
