1. I started running this summer
  2. This whole summer it felt like I was getting better but lately I've been feeling kind of stagnant
  3. But today I remembered I like running because it's something I'm bad at
  4. Ever since I was a kid I always hated doing things I was bad at and tend to avoid those things
  5. But through running I found out regularly doing things you're bad at and improving on it feels infinitely better than doing stuff you're good at
