1. Rise Nation - you can do anything for 30 mins
  2. Aura cycle - cycle class in a dance club with a beefy instructor - yes please
  3. Hot Pilates - hard core class : umm, it's pretty awful but you come out feeling like a rockstar
  4. Flywheel: good if your a beginner or if you are super competitive
  5. Yoga booty ballet: fun. Just like dancing in your room by yourself but with big mirrors and lots of other random uncoordinated people
  6. Sweat garage: hard. Running and lifting.
