Books to read in 2017

  1. Sometimes I don't read because I'm overwhelmed by the options and can't decide on one book. My goal is to read AT LEAST 12 books next year, but if I get into some good ones I know that number will be much higher.
  2. So I'm deciding right now on 6 of the 12
So I have a starting place. The other six I can choose as I hear about them.
  3. Tell me your favorite books that I need to add!
Or if you've read any on my list and thought they sucked, let me know! Im not super committed to them.
  4. OH also I want to read a book that takes place in London before I go, so if you know a good one, lay it on me.
  5. The Sun is Also A Star
  6. Good As Gone
⭐️⭐️⭐️ It took me awhile to get into it and I wasn't really hooked til the end. Even then I wanted it to just be over.
  7. Truly Madly Guilty
  8. Rich and Pretty
  9. Orphan Train
  10. Outliers
  11. Nothing to Envy
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super interesting book about North Korean defectors and life in North Korea. I've always wondered what it was like so this was a good glimpse
  12. Secrets of a Charmed Life
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, I was a little thrown off by the title and cover at first. It didn't seem like a book I would be interested in, but I actually LOVED IT!!! I kind of get the title, I still don't really get the cover. This book was similar to the Nightengale in that it is about two sisters in World War II but they are from different places and have completely different experiences. But apparently that is the kind of book I like! Highly recommend!
  13. You are a Badass
⭐️⭐️ I like self help books but I don't like self help books that tell me I just need to believe something is true and it will be. I guess I'm to practical...
