I fail at movie-watching this March. I blame family drama 😎 (most overrated 'movie' ever)
  1. Zootopia (2016): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I watched this movie not knowing what it's about, and just from that one scene at the DMV; which yes, I'm sold. I like it a lot. The jokes were literally funny, and expected sometimes. They couldn't have hit harder on the plot, etc. but I'm OK with that. And Idris Elbow! 😍
  2. Man on Fire (2004): ⭐️⭐️
Vintage Tony Scott sure looks dated. If you think Paul Greengrass shaky camera thing is nausea-inducing, try this one with crazy unnecessary filters. The soundtrack is a mix too; mad at times and nostalgic in others. I want to like this movie more.
  3. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016): ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I wanted to like this movie more. A lot has been said about it and these are mine: WW's theme music is fantastic, Batfleck is not my Batman and the soundtrack is too loud and distracting. Was the latter due to Junkie XL? Hans Zimmer, why?
  4. The Princess Diaries (2001): ⭐️⭐️
I finally watched this scion of puberty passing. Or the one where Mary Poppins became a queen. Some of the lines still carry till today. I'm not a big fan of Anne Hathaway but she did get better over the years.
