I don't drink coffee or generally anything with the words "energy" or "caffeine" in the name. I have been having trouble sleeping lately, I'd say I'm managing between 3-5 hours a night.
  1. Firstly disgust, because it tasted like piss soda at 9am
  2. Intense stomach cramps like my stomach was in knots.
    A snap I sent to my pal of my belly
  4. Slight dizziness
  5. Inability to focus my eyes on any one thing for more than a split second
  6. So many burps
  7. What felt like a never-ending pre panic attack agitation
  8. And now a mild headache and exhaustion from a caffeine crash
