MY FAVORITE SIMPLE SMOOTHIE RECIPE AND WHAT IS HEALTHY ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS

  1. Almond milk...non dairy, tasty, good fats, lots of magnesium and other minerals
  2. Almond butter...same as above but gives the smoothie stronger flavor and consistency
  3. Dates...great sweetener, fiber, minerals
  4. Blueberries...powerful antioxidants, fiber, taste
  5. CLEAN greens...tons of green vegetables dehydrated. Like eating a salad
  6. Spirulina...minerals, B vitamins, chlorophyl. Detoxes heavy metals ( mercury, lead, arsenic )
  7. CLEAN SHAKE... Good plant protein, vitamins, minerals
  8. Avocado... Good fats, creaminess
