Best Hulu Finds

I have the showtime add on so some of these aren't available on regular Hulu but I'd highly recommend it so you can watch Shameless 👍🏻
  1. Sports Night
Aka what Aaron Sorkin was doing before The West Wing. I heard about this from The West Wing Weekly podcast, and was pleasantly surprised to find it on Hulu. There are only two seasons, and it's a little goofy, but I really enjoyed it. Bonus: very 90s "net" and Y2K references
  2. My Mad Fat Diary
Quirky little British series set in the 90s that takes a very real look at self harm and other mental health issues through the point of view of Rae, an overweight teenager. Also features Finn, who's very cute in a knockoff Liam Payne kind of way.
  3. House of Lies
I used to confuse this with House of Cards, but House of Lies is a Showtime series about the consulting business. It's incredibly funny in a dark and often sexual way, and Kristen Bell, Don Cheadle and Ben Schwartz in particular shine.
  4. My So Called Life
If you haven't seen this show, you need to fix that ASAP. 90s perfection with Claire Danes and Jared Leto (both looking very baby-faced) and a ton of teen angst.
  5. Dawson's Creek
Ugh, so good. Pacey is the love of my life, always, and Katie Holmes' awkward performance reminds me a little too much of my teen years.
  6. Party Down
Super short at only two seasons, but literally such an all star cast I'm surprised it doesn't have more fans. Adam Scott, Lizzy Caplan, Jane Lynch, Ken Marino, Megan Mullally and so many more star as employees of a Hollywood catering company.
  7. The O.C.
Another early 2000s teen show, I know. But I love them anyway. Melodrama ensues, and you'll fall in love with Seth Cohen.
  8. Community
Community had quite the ride, and Hulu even has the 6th season that aired on Yahoo. The earliest seasons are still the best though, so if you stop after those I wouldn't blame you.
