  1. Get out your George Foreman grill
  2. Slice some red bell peppers, summer squash and zucchini, carrots and spinach
  3. Grill the veggies for a bit
  4. Butter the outside of 2 pieces of French bread
  5. When the veggies are a little soft take them off the grill
  6. Put one piece of bread on the grill, butter side down
  7. Add a piece of pepper jack cheese
  8. Add several pieces of salami
  9. Add a layer of the vegetables
  10. Add a layer of pesto or hummus
  11. Top with the second piece of bread
  12. Close the grill for about 1-3 minutes
  13. Die of happiness as you eat
