Level of success/effectiveness would be helpful
  1. Started drinking coffee.
Did not work. Now I just feel extra shitty in the morning until I have coffee.
  2. Helped form a 7am Bible Study group in college
Worked pretty well actually. The only thing that can make me jump out of bed is the fear of disappointing the other five people I convinced this was a good idea.
  3. Tried going to bed early (9pm) for several nights consecutively
This is probably the key to being a morning person, but I'll never know since this has proven impossible to do.
  4. Tried to harness the power of jet lag.
Eventually, though, it wears off, and your body remembers it prefers the late to bed late to rise thing.
