WAYS I'VE ATTEMPTED TO BECOME A MORNING PERSON OVER THE YEARS
Level of success/effectiveness would be helpful
- •Started drinking coffee.Did not work. Now I just feel extra shitty in the morning until I have coffee.
- •Helped form a 7am Bible Study group in collegeWorked pretty well actually. The only thing that can make me jump out of bed is the fear of disappointing the other five people I convinced this was a good idea.
- •Tried going to bed early (9pm) for several nights consecutivelyThis is probably the key to being a morning person, but I'll never know since this has proven impossible to do.
- •Tried to harness the power of jet lag.Eventually, though, it wears off, and your body remembers it prefers the late to bed late to rise thing.Suggested by @bookishclaire
