I've Been Gone From NYC for Four Years. I'm Moving Back. What Did I Miss?

You leave NYC for a week and it feels like everything changes... Four years? I'm expecting to feel a bit like a foreigner. What are the best things to do and places to eat that I've missed these last few years? I'm so behind... Like, we just got Uber/Lyft in HI. I'm basically traveling in time to the future. Please and thank you :)
  1. Pig and Khao
Amazing Filipino and Thai fusion spot...every. single. thing on the menu is good. Plus good, if expensive, drinks! (Chef is a former top chef contestant but don't hold it against the place!!) 😉

  2. The subway is $2.75 now but what can you do 🤕 Go to the new Whitney on W 14 and 10th avenue and see all the really cool art/architecture of the buildinf then walk to the corner of 24th and 10th avenue for the best/cheapest Italian food at this restaurant (the name I can't remember) but I swear it's so good!
