  2. Do not get upset about the things you won't get done today
  3. Forgive yourself for getting upset about the things you won't get done today
  4. Find your favorite mug and drink your favorite drink out of it
  5. Call your person
  6. If calling is too much, text them
  7. Do yoga, exercise or some meditation, if you can
