My Actual Food Diary 10/13/16
- •Breakfast- oatmeal with 1/2 tsp of butter and 1 tsp Agave nectar
- •Snack- 100 calorie snack pack and a handful of almonds
- •Lunch- chicken enchilada soup with homemade whole wheat tortilla strips
- •Supper- an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy ice cream
- •But I did take a 3 mile walk afterwards soooo...balance, amirite?
