1. Breakfast- oatmeal with 1/2 tsp of butter and 1 tsp Agave nectar
  2. Snack- 100 calorie snack pack and a handful of almonds
  3. Lunch- chicken enchilada soup with homemade whole wheat tortilla strips
  4. Supper- an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy ice cream
  5. But I did take a 3 mile walk afterwards soooo...balance, amirite?
