THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

A list written by and for myself.

    Stop assuming the worst in every situation.
    Not everyone's against you.

    Stop justifying your actions.
    You don't owe anyone an explanation for what you're doing unless it's directly effecting them.
  3. 3.
    Learn to apologize when you're wrong.
    It's going to hurt your pride but it'll take a burden off of you.
  4. 4.
    Put yourself first.
    and don't you dare feel guilty about it.
  5. 5.
    You can't always control a situation.
    Things are going to happen how they're going to happen. It can't hurt to try but don't beat yourself up if it doesn't go accordingly.

    Just live.
    Take everyday as it comes to you. Breathe, relax, and enjoy it.
