  1. Wake up

  3. Get on scale
    (I've been warned it's not good to do this everyday)
  4. Meditate
  5. Make coffee
  6. Say good morning to wife
  7. Wake up kids
  8. Make kids breakfast
  9. Make self breakfast
  10. Tell kids to get dressed and ready to go to school
  11. Take shower, brush teeth
  12. Get dressed
  13. Discover kids are not dressed and ready to go to school. Reiterate need for them to get dressed and ready to go to school
  14. Drive first kid to school
  15. Drive second kid to school
  16. Feel massive wave of relief and accomplishment that I got both kids to school
  17. Walk before work
    Get in about 6,000 steps
  18. Read emails, texts, news, ListApp and work stuff while walking
  19. Drive to work
    Make phone calls; listen to music, podcasts or radio
  20. Work
  21. Eat lunch
  22. Walk additional 4,000 steps on lunch break
  23. Go back to work
  24. Drive home
    More phone calls, music, podcasts or radio
  25. Eat dinner
  26. Spend time with wife and kids
  27. Tell kids to practice piano, pack lunches for tomorrow, put on pajamas and brush teeth
  28. Put kids to bed
    Read three books to youngest kid while oldest kid reads her own book
  29. Pray
    "Help me, help me, help me. Thank you, thank you, thank you."
  30. Meditate
  31. Spend time with wife
  32. Read while wife falls asleep
  33. Watch some TV while texting with friends or writing list
  34. Fall asleep
  35. Repeat
