I entered these foods into the My Fitness Pal app and it told me we can't be pals anymore.
  1. A steak, iceberg wedge salad with blue cheese and bacon, lump of crabmeat appetizer, mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and incredibly hot bread with butter for dinner at a place called Bones.
  2. Fried chicken, grits and two poached eggs with okra relish for breakfast at my hotel.
  3. About eight gallons of different-flavored Cokes at the World of Coca-Cola museum.
  4. Booze.
  5. Tonight is some soul food place. Atlanta is awesome but I've got to get out of here before I die.
