I feel beautiful, and most of that comes from simply being kind to my body and my soul. Sometimes my friends will ask what I do to keep my self confidence up, and here it is.
  1. Avoid fried or greasy food
  2. Get outside and bask in the sunshine for a little bit every day
  3. Laugh as loud as you feel like
  4. Compliment other people whenever you notice something you like
  5. Use Carmex on your lips every day
  6. Moisturizer your face and body every day
  7. Wear overalls as much as you possibly can
  8. Take selfies when you're feeling dope
  9. Drink water all day every day
  10. Give yourself travel plans to be excited about
  11. Take compliments graciously when other people give them
  12. Be grateful
  13. Say yes to things that fill you with joy, don't deny yourself happiness
  14. Drive with the windows down when it's nice out
  15. Show some skin when you want to and it's appropriate
  16. Eat something green every day
  17. Stretch
  18. Put some blush on
  19. Smile at yourself in the mirror
  20. Be as sweet to yourself as you are to your best friend
  21. Think and act from a place of compassion
  22. Play some music while you shower
  23. Have the margarita
  24. I'm a woman, phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, that's me.
