1. More diapers than you think you need and all the diapering essentials
Including but not limited to: wipes, rash cream, baby changing pad because who knows the last time the changing station in the bathroom was sanitized and a wet bag.
  2. One full change of seasonally appropriate clothes per child
  3. Snacks for kids, snacks for you.
I always have goldfish and a granola bar handy.
  4. Water
  5. Hand sanitizer
  6. Lotion
  7. Chapstick
  8. Mini first aid kit
I got mine at target in the travel section. It's the perfect size
  9. Tools of distraction
For my kids that means Baby Touch and Feel books, hot wheels and possibly a teething toy.
  10. Baby sling
My youngest still likes to be worn occasionally. I have a Sakura bloom.
  11. Wet ones
    Toddlers are messy sticky creatures
  12. Emergency cash and some change
  13. Cell phone charger
  14. If appropriate, sunscreen, lens cloth (my son and I wear glasses so this is a necessity), tissues.
  15. Pain reliever
I usually have acetaminophen and ibuprofen
  16. Mints and/or gum
  17. Don't forget the random puffs, snotty tissues, and loose Legos at the bottom of the bag!
