  2. Monday: 30 minutes of weights
    Upper body, abs, arms
  3. Tuesday: 30 minutes of cardio
    Ran/walked 2.5 miles
  4. Friday: 45 min of cardio
    Soccer/basketball at the band social.....it totally counts
  5. 60 min of yoga
