1. Watching your kids fail
  2. Letting it happen and being okay not doing anything about it
We have become a generation of parents who never want their kids to lose. This is the opposite of real life.
  3. Knowing that it's your job to teach them that failure doesn't make them a FAILURE
A concept even adults struggle to understand.
  4. Reminding them of this over and over again
  5. Watching them lose faith in themselves
  6. Reminding them of this over and over again
  7. Building them back up knowing that they'll fail again
  8. Hoping that one day, they appreciate that they failed because it taught them how to rise back up.
  9. They will though; they'll appreciate it, so for now, we have to let them fail, even when it sucks for all of us.
