I'm not a huge movie person and I'm usually too poor to go to the theater, but I'll keep this updated nonetheless. It just might be short. 😋
  1. Moana
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ || Oh my god you guys. I laughed, I cried, I didn't want it to end. It was perfect. Also I bought the soundtrack as soon as I got home—"How Far I'll Go" just makes me feel a lot of things. 😭
  2. Lego Batman Movie
⭐️⭐️⭐️|| Not as funny as I was hoping, but still got a few chuckles out of me. It was enjoyable, but not one I neeeeeeeded to see in theaters.
  3. Beauty and the Beast
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ || SO DAMN GOOD, Y'ALL. It was so magical and well done, not disappointing in any way shape or form. Emma Watson killed it—really all of the casting was perfect tbh. I loved all the additions (the beast's song in particular was v good) to help flesh out the story and tie up some loose ends that Disney's original doesn't address. Overall 11/10, would pay to see again and will def buy the DVD (and probs also the soundtrack).
  4. Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ || BABY GROOT IS EVERYTHING. Everyone else is pretty okay too. This was a perfect sequel. Pumped to see what happens next, tho I'm gonna miss Groot as a baby ☹️
