I'm returning to these on the dawn of 2018 to see how I dropped the ball.
  1. Be more present.
    This is hard for me.
  2. Eat less sugar.
    Harder for me.
  3. Communicate my feelings better.
  4. Read with more purpose.
    Hardy har, you all want to read more. I need to do the opposite because I use reading BIG TIME as a filler rather than being more present. I read somewhere over 200 books in 2016.
  5. Write the damn book.
    It's in there. I wrote the outline. I've got three parts completed. Just to finish it.
