Thoughts when I don't feel well

  3. Maybe I need to drink more water
  4. I should exercise

  7. Maybe it's a "rest and take care of yourself" tired
  8. What if I'm actually getting sick?
  9. Or maybe I'm just bad at taking care of myself

  11. Do I have allergies?
  12. Ugh I'm just gonna take a nap
