RELIEVING THOUGHTS MID PANIC ATTACK

Around 5:30 I had yet another panic attack. These are literally what calmed me down. I might have more issues than originally thought.
  1. Chocolate milk
    The idea of drinking a really cold glass of chocolate milk made my chest loosen up. (First weird thought.)
  2. List App Notifications!!!
    I grabbed my phone to call my mom and saw I had a lot (more than one which is a lot for me!) of notifications for List App. Which made me so joyful. So thank you all for helping me breathe again.
