Highly recommend matching all workout steps to Milwaukee's own V100.7. Highly recommend a 30 minute session drunk walking home from a house party.
  1. Trap-walk: a slow but methodical pointed step, while leaning back with arms raised to the music in time
  2. Moon-step: very slow but still to the rhythm, with some hip worked in
  3. Lieutenant Two-Step: arms come up to the chest on the beat, legs to the chest
  4. Double-down: take that shit up a notch
  5. Horsey: do whatever bad ass stuff the person in front of you is doing
  6. Simons sez: do whatever bad ass stuff the song tells you to do
