1. Refuse to wear dirty socks
  2. Eat breakfast
  3. Take a shower, take your time
  4. Put on makeup that makes you feel good - not because you need it to feel beautiful because make up can make you feel like a piece of art, and that's okay
  5. Listen to your favorite song, dance to it, sing along, look in the mirror as you do it, if you want
  6. Wear deodorant, wear perfume, put on jewelry ( if you enjoy jewelry)
  7. Paint a picture, hang it on your wall
  8. Buy yourself that thing you really really want, or something that makes you happy like gum if you're on a budget. You deserve it
  9. Take yourself out to lunch
  10. If you have a lot of old forgotten scrubs or face masks or lotions, use them
  11. Massage your hands or your feet
  12. Floss
  13. Lie in bed and listen to the sound of the rain or waves or thunder or the rain forest
  14. Write a letter to yourself
  15. Look at your face in the mirror and think about what you love about it
  16. If you don't want to go out, don't, stay in and watch a movie and stretch
  17. Floss
  18. Drink a full glass of water
  19. Read a chapter of a book you've been wanting to get to
  20. Take a walk
  21. Set aside time to take deep breaths
  22. Go to bed early
  23. Work out because it will make you feel better, not because you need to look better.
  24. Do a load of wash
  25. Shave your legs, not because you need to to look sexy, but because it feels nice to sleep naked and rub your legs against the sheets
