Last night we had a 7.8 earthquake which triggered tsunami warnings and destroyed homes all across New Zealand. I think we're all scared that it's the Christchurch earthquake all over again, but this time it's hit the whole country. So far there's only two reported deaths, unfortunately (or fortunately? Ugh "only two" shouldn't be a positive but last time it was hundreds). Kia kaha to any fellow New Zealanders who may see this!

tbh it made me choke up but also feel better today considering how sweet lou is at the end of this tribute to andy warhol that i just heard for the 1st time (songs for drella–watch the live show w/ no audience), he hated him for years & turned his back the last time they saw each other, which hurt andy's feelings more than he could ever tell, w/ shyness that lou thought was confidence. mutual admiration, so much lost time. "things always seem to end before they start" good lesson. cherish ppl<3
