  1. 7 minutes: confusion with the gym as to the status of my 30 Day Free Pass
  2. 2 minutes: warm up
  3. 41 minutes: pretty good training session
  4. 10 minutes: stretch, deflect praise for being "90% better" than my disastrous first session
